Women’s Adventure Film Tour

Join us for an exciting evening filled with empowering stories, breathtaking landscapes, and inspiring women pushing their limits. This in-person event will be held at the Nelson United Church, in its unique sanctuary space. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. to allow ticket holders time to peruse a silent auction full of outdoor gear and gift certificates from choice local business like The Uphill Market and La Ruelle Bakery, and covetable outdoor brands like Arc’teryx and MEC. The films will begin at 7:00 p.m. All funds raised will go toward building the new Kootenay Climbing & Community Centre (aka the Cube 2.0). The 2024 WAF Tour is brought to you by the Kootenay Climbing Association (the non-profit society that oversees the Cube), Cube staff & volunteers, and event sponsor Whitewater Ski Resort.
