On National Indigenous Day, June 21st, from 1 to 4 pm, the Autonomous Sinixt invites you to a family-friendly bbq and public reveal of the White Grizzly mural and supporting educational panels illustrating the interconnectedness of the old-growth forest. Opening prayer by Matriarch Marilyn James at 2pm and presence of the artist Coleman Webb. Located half-way between New Denver and Kaslo on highway 31A. Please drive slowly and carpool if possible, as this is an active wildlife corridor.
