Paint Out at Cottonwood Falls

We’ll capture the fall colours at Cottonwood Falls! This location has many possibilities with the waterfall and creek, beautiful maple trees, and gardens and sculptures.Participants are invited to start with a warm-up exercise of 3 small sketches/studies, spending no more than 10 minutes on each one. Then take your favourite study and spend the next hour developing it further.2:00-2:30 – Small, quick studies2:30-3:30 – Focused hour of painting/sketching3:30-4:00 – Regroup and share workEveryone is welcome! Bring your own art supplies and ideas – there is no instruction at these events. We just gather together and all learn a bit from each other.
