Nelson, BC, becomes both a stage and gallery through Nelson International Mural Festival’s annual celebration of public art, performance, and community. The festival is entering its sixth year in 2023 and from August 11th – 13th will return with another weekend of live music, performance, mural tours, workshops for budding creatives, family activities, film screenings, artist talks, and new public art.

Nelson International Mural Festival strives to create a barrier-free festival by hosting all events at accessible public spaces and offering all events and activities free of charge.
