Time to step outside of the comfort of your studio! Painting “en plein air” is the grand old tradition of painting directly from life.
This workshop will cover topics such as equipment options and techniques for new plein air painters. We will discuss some tricks for working under pressure and in the elements. The class will then do a walk up to Gyro Park to practice in the field with a series of short exercises
Participants will receive a minimalist watercolour plein air kit that can slip into a back pocket, and are welcome to bring extra art supplies from home

- Please wear studio appropriate clothing.
