Glass Mosaic Workshop: Part 1

Learn how to make glass mosaic! You will create your own design for a 12” x 12” (or 12” x 16” if you have the time) composition using pattern or imagery. We will cut coloured sheet glass into tesserae that you will then puzzle together and glue into place. This class format allows for any amount of detail to be achieved. A basic design can be completed in this class time, but participants have over a week to work on a more complex design if desired (outside of class time, studio drop-in fee is included). All pieces will be grouted together on the last day of class. If you are travelling from out of town for this workshop, the whole project can be completed in one day, I can grout your project on the last day and get it to you afterwards!Suitable for all levels of experience, ages 16+*** All supplies are included! ***$140 per personDates: Saturday, April 15, 2023 10am-4pm (cut, arrange, and glue the glass in place)Tuesday, April 25, 2023 6-8pm (apply grout)
