Rossland – Senior Workshop Series: Deciphering Handwriting


“Struggling to read your grandmother’s diary or letters? How about a beloved handwritten family recipe book? We have just the workshop for you!
Join us at the Rossland Public Library on May 13th for a workshop where we will help you decipher tricky handwriting. Learn simple techniques for recognizing letter shapes, understanding historical styles, and spotting common patterns to make handwritten script easier to read. Feel free to bring along an example you’ve been struggling with – we can work through it together! We will also have examples from our archive.
This workshop is geared towards seniors, but registration is open to all ages!
