SUMMARY:Ivan Coyote: Playlist

A lot of grit and a lot of heart.”\nGlobe and Mail\nJade Colbert \nDo you still remember every word of every song that ever changed your life? Writer and performer Ivan Coyote has crafted a playlist of stories that sing to us about how they managed to discover a coded but very possible queer future hidden in the music coming out of the AM radio in the kitchen\, lurking in their parent’s record collection\, and leaking out of the lyrics in their elementary school musical. \nAdult: $28; Senior: $25.50; Under 30: $10 \nAge. 14+. SUMMARY:Dance Educators' Showcase
DESCRIPTION:The Nelson & District Arts Council is thrilled to announce the return of the Dance Educators’ Showcase on Saturday\, November 16th at 7:30 PM. This highly anticipated event spotlights the incredible dance educators in Nelson and area\, giving them the opportunity to shine in the spotlight after countless hours spent nurturing their students’ growth.\nFor one night only\, these talented instructors (and some students as well) will come together for a rare performance that showcases their artistry\, passion\, and dedication to dance.
