the first word on arts culture and heritage
in the Columbia Basin, is out! If you cannot
locate a copy at your local tourist info
centre, library, galleries or coffeehouses,
please contact us for a copy or scroll down
to view online.
ARTiculate is a twice yearly publication
that covers heritage and cultural stories
and events throughout the Columbia Basin.
Distribution is regional and targeted to
cultural venues such as theatres,
bookstores, and galleries, as well as
hotels, resorts, coffee shops and other high
traffic areas. It is also distributed to
tourist information centres throughout the
Kootenays.

distribution at your place of business,
please contact the West Kootenay Regional
Arts Council.

listings
Arts, culture and heritage event listings
are subject to a nominal fee, due to
government funding cutbacks which used to
subsidize this service. Event listings will
only be accepted through the website form
below. Sorry, we cannot accept events
submitted any other way.
Rates are: $8.00 per listing. If you have
already listed in the
Kootenay
Festival and Event Brochure,
your listing already includes an Articulate
placement, so please do not re-submit your
listing here.
Payment
is accepted either by cheque (payable to the
West Kootenay Regional Arts Council, mailed
to: Box 103, Nelson, BC V1L 5P7) or by
credit card using Paypal. You
do not
have to have a Paypal account to use this
service.
